Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and execute international hospital marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote our hospital services to international patients. They will be responsible for building relationships with partners and key stakeholders, ultimately expanding our presence in targeted international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international hospital marketing strategies and plans tailored to the offerings of Samitivej Hospitals.
  • Identify and assess market opportunities for Samitivej Hospitals’ services within the international healthcare landscape.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and potential clients to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation, and conduct ROI analysis to measure campaign performance.
  • Monitor international market trends and competitive activities, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Identify and leverage business development opportunities to elevate the Samitivej Hospitals brand and enhance market share.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and relevant content that resonates with international audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, finance, and clinical teams to align marketing strategies with international Hospitals’ overall goals.
  • Provide regular reports and in-depth analyses of marketing performance to gauge the effectiveness of strategies.


  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in international hospital marketing or business development, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and business development principles and techniques, demonstrated through successful strategy implementation.
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for international and diverse audiences.
  • Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing budgets and conducting ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations, particularly within an international context, is advantageous.
