Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive with a strong background in design to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies, as well as contributing to the design and creation of visually engaging marketing materials. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise and design skills to effectively promote our products and services while ensuring consistent brand identity and visual appeal.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand guidelines across all marketing collateral, maintaining brand identity and image.
- Develop compelling visual content that complements marketing campaigns and enhances their effectiveness.
- Assist in managing and curating content for various social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the web development team to update and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the latest marketing campaigns and materials.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for marketing growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external agencies to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of printed marketing materials and oversee quality control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong skills in graphic design and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop unique marketing ideas and designs.
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
- Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset, working well within a team environment and taking feedback constructively.
- A portfolio showcasing previous marketing materials and design work is highly desirable.
