Refund Policy :

Cancellation Eligibility:

If unforeseen circumstances or forces beyond our control prevent Medijourn from carrying out its obligations as described in the agreed-upon service package, clients may be eligible for a return, only to the extent of unfulfilled portion of their service costs, subject to the acknowledgment by Medijourn of such unfulfilled portion of services.

Refund Process:

To obtain a refund, consumers must submit a written refund request to our customer care staff, explicitly describing the reason for the return and giving any supporting documents as needed. Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days after acknowledgment of receipt from Medijourn, subject to no dispute on such refund. Refunds will be granted using the original payment method or an alternate method that both parties have agreed upon.

Refund Exceptions:

Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered either completely or partially.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any refund issues, Medijourn is committed to resolving them amicably through negotiation and mediation, with the goal of achieving a mutually agreeable solution.

Policy Updates:

Medijourn fully reserves the right to amend or modify its refund policy as and when needed. Further such changes in policy will be updated on its website, without direct and individual notifications to clients
