Panchakarma is an essential component of Ayurveda healing. It comprises of five specialized cleansing and revitalizing techniques designed to detoxify the body, restore the balance of the doshas, and promote overall well-being. Panchakarma unfolds systematically, with each stage serving a unique purpose. The five procedures are Vamana (emesis), Virechana (purgation), Basti (enema), Nasya (nasal administration), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting).
